I became a therapist after experiencing my own back pain issues. I realised that good health was the cornerstone to a happy and fulfilling life and I wanted to help others recover their health too.

I focus on teaching our Korean Tai Chi sessions both one-to-one and in groups.

I can help you bring more energetic strength and clarity into your daily life by teaching you how to harness and move Chi more effectively.

Choose from softer Phoenix Tai Chi classes to the more dynamic martial arts Tai Chi sessions.
